Ingredients:
1/8 tsp salt
2½ c sugar
½ c cornstarch
3 c water
3 oz pkg orange jello
¼ c lemon juice
4 c sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients and mix in water. Cook over medium to high heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Turn heat down to low and add jello. Let mixture cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Chill. This make enough glaze for 3 9” pies. If filling becomes too set, you may have to whip it. Add 1/3 of the filling to the peaches. Mix well and pour into a pre-baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
