c butter (no substitutes)
1 1/8 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 oz baking chocolate
3 eggs
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate in large mixing bowl. Add one egg and beat 5 minutes. Add second egg and beat 3 minutes. Add third egg and beat 2 minutes. Pour filling into baked and cooled pie crust. Chill pie for about an hour to allow set up.

Do not try to save time by reducing mixing times. They are key to making this pie that is sure to draw rave reviews. This pie is VERY chocolatey and ALWAYS garners a ton of positive feedback!!!
