3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1˝ tsp vanilla
˝ c chopped nuts
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/3 c vegetable oil
9 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 c sliced bananas

Combine all ingredients until just blended, but do NOT over mix, or beat. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans or bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 75 minutes or until done. Test using a toothpick or knife. Glaze.
