1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil


1 med can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb box powdered sugar
1 small can of coconut

Mix cake ingredients 3 minutes. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

Icing: Mix pineapple and sugar. Spread on top of cake and then cover with canned coconut.
