2 c flour
tsp salt
1 c butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts
2 tsp baking powder
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 c rolled oats
1 c flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Stir in oats, coconut and nuts. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

This recipe came from Ann Woodling, who was our neighbor in Redmond. They're nutty and not too sweet, which is why I like them.
