2/3 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
1/3 c shortening
tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, egg yolks and shortening in heavy pan and stir over low heat until boiling. Add remaining ingredients and cool at least 15 minutes before frosting warm cake.

I use this to frost chocolate cakes and brownies. It's like a German Chocolate Cake frosting.....
