1 lb pkg sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked

1/2 lb cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
buttered Ritz cracker crumbs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion and bell pepper. Drain. Mix sausage with noodles, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Can top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
