Buttermilk Brownies Recipe

2 c flour
2 c sugar
c butter
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 c water
c vegetable oil
2 eggs
c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla


Brownie Icing:
c butter
1/3 c evaporated milk
2 tbsp cocoa
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and set aside flour and sugar. Mix butter, cocoa, water and oil in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients, beat and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Top with Brownie Icing. To make icing, mix butter, milk and cocoa in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla. Beat well and pour over HOT brownies.
