1 c butter, softened
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 c white chips
1 c coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter with sugar until creamy and lighter colored, about 4 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at low speed until combined. Stir in vanilla and fold in dry ingredients until combined. Fold in chips and nuts. Spread batter in a 9"x13 pan, in an even layer. Bake for 27 - 30 minutes. Let cool at least 40 minutes before cutting into bars. Store at room temperature in air tight container.
