3 eggs, beaten
¾ c water
¾ c salad oil
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (3 oz) lemon jello
Juice and zest of ½ lemon


Glaze:
2 oranges, juiced
2 c sifted powdered sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, water, oil and cake mix and bake in greased 9x13” pan, according to directions on box. While cake is baking, make jello and add lemon juice and zest. Poke holes in cake and pour jello over cake . Bake in 350° oven for about 2 minutes to allow jello to soak in. Heat orange juice and add sugar and butter. Beat until smooth. Glaze warm cake.
