60 light caramels
c evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate cake mix
c melted butter
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 c chopped nuts
1 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy pan, melt caramels with c milk. Set aside. In bowl, combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 c milk and nuts. Press of dough in greased 9"x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust and spread caramel over all. Crumble remainder of cake mix over caramel layer. Return to oven and bake 12 - 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Refrigerate to set caramel layer.
