Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaves of day old french bread
2 qts heavy whipping cream
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp cinnamon
15 eggs

White Chocolate Sauce(Yields 2 c):
1 c whip cream
10 oz white chocolate, coarsley chopped and divided
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
1/3 c half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Tear bread into small chunks and place in a 9"x13"
and pour the liquid mixture over the top making sure all the bread is well covered and well soaked. Let it sit 10-15 minutes to soak in. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes to an hour. It will puff up high and will be golden and look set. Serve warm with white chocolate sauce or fresh berries in their own juices. Both is best. The tart and sweet is great.
For the white chocolate sauce, scald the cream. Set aside 1/3 c white chocolate. Add the remaining white chocolate and corn syrup to the cream. Stir until it is smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir in the half and half. Cover and chill for a few hours. When serving sprinkle the reserved chocolate on top. Using a vegetable peeler will make nice decorative curls of chocolate.
