2 lb. Chuck Roast
1 lb. Pinto Beans
2 Tbsp. Chlli Powder
1 Tbsp Comino
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a large pot and cover with water. Cook for 8 hours on low heat. Shred meat when done. Serve over crushed corn chips. Top with grated cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onion and picante sauce.

This is a good meal to serve when you have company. It makes a pretty large amount, and it is really tasty.
