1 pkg yellow cake mix
8 oz cream cheese
1 c coconut or regular milk
3 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding
#1 can crushed pineapple, drained
13 oz cool whip
4 oz shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Prepare yellow cake mix according to pkg directions and bake in prepared pan for 15-25 minutes, until done. Soften cream cheese. Beat it with milk and pudding and spread over cake. Spread drained pineapple over pudding mixture, then cover with whipped topping. Sprinkle with coconut and chill before serving.
