1 box of Devils food cake mix, DRY
1/3 c brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c sour cream
c warm water
c oil
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together at medium speed for four minutes. The batter should be thick and creamy. Mix in 1 tsp mint extract and 1 c melted chocolate chips and beat for 1 more minute. Then add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix lightly. Pour into a well greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 55 minutes (can also be baked in 2 smaller bundt pans or loaf pans for 45 minutes). When cool you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with a mint sauce. This freezes well. Serve with some whipped cream.
