Cake:
3 c flour
4 c grated apple
2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c oil



Topping:
1 c brown sugar
1 c chopped nuts (walnuts)
c flour
c butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl dump all of the ingredients for the cake except the oil. Mix well. Add oil and beat. Pour into a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Then mix topping with a pastry cutter or fork works. Sprinkle on the cake and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

--This recipe is great in the fall. It is a heavy cake but really tasty with a dollop of whip cream on top.
