1 c heavy cream
1 c Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb cooked fettuccini noodles
c butter
2 egg yolks
Salt and white pepper to taste
Shrimp or chicken, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream on low heat in large skillet. As it starts to simmer, slowly add the cheese and stir constantly until the cheese has melted (about 10 minutes). Add butter and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and pour a little of the sauce SLOWLY into the egg yolks. Then pour that mixture back into skillet, stirring thoroughly. Season to taste. Add cooked noodles (and cooked meat if desired) and garnish with parsley.
