Beef Chuck Roast - boneless
6-8 kaiser or poor boy rolls
Sauce
c butter
c onion, chopped
c ketchup
c brown sugar
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
tsp salt
1 tsp liquid smoke (scant)
15 oz can tomato sauce
Optional: add 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil roast for 2 hours or until tender. Cool and shred. Combine ingredients for sauce into saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Put shredded been in a separate pan and add sauce a little at a time until beef is covered but not soupy. Spoon onto rolls and serve.
