Beef Chuck Roast - boneless 6-8 kaiser or poor boy rolls Sauce ¼ c butter ½ c onion, chopped ½ c ketchup ½ c brown sugar 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp salt 1½ tsp liquid smoke (scant) 15 oz can tomato sauce Optional: add 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Boil roast for 2 hours or until tender. Cool and shred. Combine ingredients for sauce into saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Put shredded been in a separate pan and add sauce a little at a time until beef is covered but not soupy. Spoon onto rolls and serve.
