2 lime wedges
5 fresh mint leaves
1/4 c club soda
3 T mango rum
2 T simlpe syrup
ice

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the lime wedges into glass, add wedges and mint to glass. Crush with back of spoon or muddle with a muddle stick. Add soda, rum & simple syrup, stir gently. Serve over ice.

Simple Syrup

2 c sugar
1 c water

Mix together in small saucepan over medium high heat until sugar dissolves- about 5 minutes.
Store unused syrup in refrigerator.
