1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 green peppers-diced
1/2 c diced onion
1 29 oz can diced tomato
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T Worshtershire Sauce
3 beef boulion cubes
1/2 c cooked rice
4 cups Water
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, diced peppers & diced onions in soup pot. Add the remaining ingredinets & simmer 1/2 hour or so.
