1 cup flour
1 tsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 cup water
1 stick butter
4 eggs (room temp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water,butter,sugar, salt, together. Add flour gradually stirring with wooden spoon. When mixture leaves the sides of the pan take off heat.
Cool 10 min. Then add 1 egg at a time with electric beater to form batter. Grease the outside edge of pizza pan. Spread batter on the outside edge that you have greased. If you have trouble spreading keep dipping your hands in milk. Bake in oven at 400 for 35 -40 min. Keep watching so it doesn't burn. Cool 5-10 min. While still warm slice in half with sharp knife or thread. Set aside top half.
(Filling) 2 pints whipping cream, 2 cups milk,2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding. Mix with electric beater until thickens. about 10-15 min. Spread into
the bottome half. Top with desired fruit of your choice and put the top half on and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Fruits: Freshstrawberries sliced, Crushed pineapple drained, blueberry Pie Filling, Peach quarters slice and cubed.

For chocolate lovers use instant chocolate pudding and for the fruit use the cherry pie filling or fresh strawberries. Absolutely delicious.
