1 c brown sugar
c mustard
c ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
c chopped onion
tsp salt
c water

Directions:
Directions:
Need 4-5 chicken breasts (boneless or not). Dip chicken into water (not the c water) and coat with flour. Brown in oil on stove top. Place in 9x13 pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hours. Baste 2-3 times. If you want to use more chicken, you can use 1 recipes for the sauce.
