1½ c brown sugar ¼ c mustard ½ c ketchup 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce ¼ c chopped onion ½ tsp salt ¾ c water
Need 4-5 chicken breasts (boneless or not). Dip chicken into water (not the ¾ c water) and coat with flour. Brown in oil on stove top. Place in 9x13” pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1½ hours. Baste 2-3 times. If you want to use more chicken, you can use 1½ recipes for the sauce.
