2-10 oz pkgs chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 eggs
¾ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 c milk
1 lb shredded jack cheese
½ c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in casserole. In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour in buttered casserole and bake 35 minutes at 325°.
