4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
c milk
1 large garlic clove, sliced or 1 tsp minced garlic
c sour cream
6 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In 4 quart saucepan, heat potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well. Meanwhile, heat milk and garlic just to boiling. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes until garlic is very tender. Remove from heat. In large bowl, mash potatoes; add milk mixture, sour cream, butter, dill, and salt until well blended.
