2 c sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c oil
2 c flour
1/4 t cloves
1/2 t allspice
3 t cinnamon
1 t soda
1 t salt
1/4 t baking powder
2 c grated zucchini
2 t vanilla
3/4 c nuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Grease & flour 2 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour @ 350.
