1 head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1 lbs bacon, cooked and crumbled (can substitute chicken to serve as a main dish)
4 oz shredded parmesan
Croutons


Dressing:
2/3 c olive oil
¼ c lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
1 raw egg (I have used Eggbeaters to avoid the fear of raw eggs, but coddled egg doesn‘t seem to work as well)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Pour Dressing ingredients into a shaker and mix very well. Toss with salad and serve immediately.
