4 medium tomatoes, diced
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 medium sweet onion*, chopped
c chopped fresh cilantro
4 oz canned tomato sauce
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and chill in bowl for an hour, to allow flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips. Also good with barbecued meats.
