1 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/3 c lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
Optional toppings...fresh fruit, chocolate sauce etc.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.

Optional Cherry Glaze:
1 c. fresh pie cherries
2 t. corn starch
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. cherry juice
Blend sugar and corn starch, stir in juice, cook until thickened and clear, stirring constantly. Add red food coloring if desired. Add cherries and cool.
