Ingredients:
2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ c sugar
2 - 20 oz pkgs prepared chocolate chip cookie dough, frozen for ½ hour before use
2 eggs
2½ tsp vanilla extract
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Press one package of cookie dough into the bottom of an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Pour the filling over the cookie dough. Slice the other dough package into ¼ inch rounds. Flatten the slices between your hands (easier if you spray your hands with Pam). Place on top of the filling, covering as much as you can (you don’t have to cover the entire surface). Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
