Green Beans Parmesan Recipe

1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
2 Tbsp butter
1 yellow pepper, seeded and julienned
4 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans as directed. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a large saucepan, add beans and saute for 4 minutes. Add peppers and cook for an additional 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook for another minute, stirring frequently. Lay the beans evenly in a casserole dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Brown under the broiler for 1 - 2 minutes.
