1 large pkg raspberry jello
1/2 c chopped pecans
10 oz pkg frozen raspberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 bananas
3 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello and water and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and let set. Top with whipped cream or dressing (mayonnaise) to serve. Of COURSE you put the salad on a lettuce leave to serve........

As I was going through Mom's recipes and cookbooks, just prior to Thanksgiving, I was looking for a good salad to serve when our family gathered to celebrate our first Thanksgiving without Mom. She had a few favorite cookbooks, and in one of them was this recipe, along with her Thanksgiving menu. I felt it was her way of making sure we did the the holiday right. We tried.....
