1 lb Italian or Kielbasa sausage
3 medium green peppers
1 large can pineapple tidbits (reserve juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage in bite size pieces and brown slowly in fry pan. Add pineapple and green pepper and cook until pepper is tender crisp. Add about 1 Tbsp cornstarch to pineapple juice and mix well. Add mixture to sausage and cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
