2 cups self rising flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 whole eggs
2 cups sugar
1- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
8oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix the first 5 ingreidents well and pour in 9x13 greased pan and bake for 20-30 min.
While cake is baking melt the butter and add softened cream cheese powdered sugar and vanilla and mix well .Spread over cake as soon as it comes from the oven. Sprinkle chopped pecans or coconut over the top if desired.
