1 Flank Steak
3/4 C tomato sauce
1/4 C molasses
3 T water
2 T & 1 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 T salad oil
1 T finely chopped onion
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 1.2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for sauce, pour over steak and marinate several hours. Put steak in broiler pan, (not on rack) about 3" from heat. Baste steak with sauce. Broil 5 minutes, turn, baste and broil about 7 minutes. cut on the diagonal.
