1 lb. thinly sliced sausage
5 c. cubed bread (7 slices)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
3 c. chedder cheese
5 eggs slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayo
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage and drain. Layer 1/2 of ingredients in the order of bread crumbs, sausage, celery, onion, green pepper and cheese in 13x9 in. pan. Repeat layer. Combine eggs, milk, mayo, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Spread soup over mixture. Cover and regriderate overnight. Bake uncovered at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
