1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 lb. pecans
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat egg white and water with a fork until frothy. Add pecans. Mix until pecans are well coated with egg white mixture. In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over pecans. Mix until well coated. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool. Very tasty!
