1 pkg brownie mix
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups milk
1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1 carton frozen cool whip (16 oz) thawed
Cream cheese (1 8 oz pkg and 1 3 oz pkg) softened

Directions:
Directions:
Bake brownies in a greased 9 x 13 pan according to pkg directions. Cool completely. Beat together cream cheese and sugar for 3 minutes. Fold in 2 cups of the cool whip. Spread over brownies.

Beat pudding & milk until smooth. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
