1 2 lb. pkg O'Brien diced frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup butter (or margarine), melted
1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Crushed cornflakes or chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hash browns. Mix all ingredients (except flakes or chips). Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle flakes on top and bake an additional 30 minutes.
