Brown meat and onion; drain. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; stir and set aside. Place 1 uncooked biscuit in each cup of ungreased muffin tin; press dough up sides of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups; sprinkle with cheese. Bake according to biscuit instructions.
