Chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
14 oz. caramels
1 cup nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to instructions, adding 1/3 of can of Eagle Brand. OR use dry cake mix, 3/4 c. melted margarine and 3/4 cup Eagle Brand. Bake half of batter in greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 for 15 minutes. Melt caramels and 1/3 can Eagle Brand in microwave. Pour over cake; sprinkle with nuts and chips. Top with remainder of cake batter. Bake 20 more minutes.
