1 1/2 lb. squash, sliced
2 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 pkg. herbed stuffing mix (8 oz.)
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash until tender, 12-15 minutes. Drain well. Add next three ingredients. Melt butter; add stuffing and mix well. Pack into bottom of greased 9/13 pan. Reserve some stuffing for topping. Pour 1/2 of squash mixture over stuffing. Add layer of 1/2 cup grated cheese and pour rest of squash mixture over cheese, then sprinkle remainder of cheese & stuffing over top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
