1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. pepper flakes
2 tsp. sage

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties and cook as you would pork sausage, or use as ingredient in recipes.
