3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans (optional)
2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries (do not drain)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir carefully. Turn batter into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes; turn out onto cooling racks. This makes two large loaves or three small loaves.
