1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed, drained and
broken into flowerettes
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup celery, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Combine dressing ingredients together thoroughly. Pour dressing over salad ingredients; stir to blend. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.

I use Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits (1 1/2-2 3 oz. bags) as a substitute for fried bacon. May want to use two bunches of broccoli.
