1 small sirloin cut into strips
9 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. veg.oil
1 small bag frozen veggies ( thawed )

Directions:

Mix soy sauce, sugar, pepper, garlic and red pepper. Pour over sirloin, stir and set aside.

In large wok, skillet or frying pan heat oil. Add veggies cover and cook 5 minutes ( stir periodically ) Add meat and marinade. Cook
