2-1/2 lbs. boneless pork, cut into cubes
2 T. vegetable oil.
1 (28 ozs.) can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15-1/2 ozs.) can of chili beans, undrained
1 (8ozs.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. salsa
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. minced jalapeno pepper
1 T. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Over med.-high heat brown pork with oil in large skillet and drain. Place in slow cooker; add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then reduce to low heat and cook for an additional 4 hours.
