2 tbl. butter
2 tbl. flour
2 c. milk
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbl. spicy brown mustard (Gulden's)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the flour - cook for 1 minute, then whisk in the milk. When the milk comes to a bubble, stir in the cheeses and mustard with a wooden spoon.

Serve over pretzel crusted chicken
