4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 c. pretzels, ground finely
1 tbl. thyme
2 eggs
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground pretzels in a shallow dish and add the thyme and some pepper. Beat the eggs in a second shallow dish with a splash of water -
Working with a chicken breast at a time - first coat the breast in the ground pretzels, then in the egg mixture, and then back in the pretzel mixture

Preheat a large skillet with 1/4 inch vegetable oil - add the chickn to the hot oil and cook about 3 - 4 minutes on each side until the cutlet juices run clear and the breading is evenly browned.

Serve with Cheddar-Mustard Sauce
