Zest and juice of 1 orange
3 tbl. brown sugar
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
2 tbl. olive oil
4 - 1-inch pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat combine the zest and juice of the orange, brown sugar, chicken stock, rosemary, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer and cook until reduced by half.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat - add the olive oil. Season the chops with salt and pepper and add to the hot skillet. Cook the chops for 5 minutes on each side.

Pour the citrus sauce over the cooked pork chops and toss to coat - tranfer to a serving platter.
