4 tbl. cider vinegar
salt and pepper
6 tbl. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, cider vinegar and salt and pepper. In a slow, steady stream, whisk in the olive oil.

Keeps well in the refrigerator.
